HOW IT ALL
STARTED
The Teens Mentor Organization (TMO) was born from a powerful observation during senior high school. While serving as a student leader, the founder noticed that many students entered school full of potential but gradually lost direction and purpose. Although the education system provided academic knowledge, it often lacked practical life guidance needed to face real-world challenges. Moved by this gap, he began mentoring fellow students during prep times, teaching lessons on purpose, discipline, character, and the true meaning of life.
After senior high school, participation in the Leadership Diary Conference organized by the Youth Arise Organization brought clarity that the impact of mentorship could extend far beyond informal sessions. This realization led to the official formation of TMO, with a vision to reach young people early, even before senior high school. Despite challenges and seasons of rebuilding, strong mentorship, committed supporters, and belief in the vision have sustained TMO. Today, in 2026, TMO moves forward with renewed passion to empower teens for life.
